Strategic advisor and transformation leader with 15 years advising organizations on digital strategy, operating model design, and organizational change across pharma, banking, and energy, including 10 years of hands-on product management experience.
Grounded in Cognitive Science, I bring both strategic depth and behavioural insight to digital leadership. Digitising clinical trials. Exploring new digital tools and aligning cross-functional workstreams to integrate technology into clinical research. Responsible for an ecosystem connecting patients, devices, and study teams; led three SCRUM teams and built a user-insight process that shaped the product roadmap.
Senior Product Manager & Team Lead, Platform, Dawn Health.
Headed the product vision for the company’s SaMD platform. Team Lead for the Platform design team, where we established the user research practice, incl. regular usability testing and exploratory studies.
